Scheduling the power controller to turn on or off outlets may require some help from a computer. Here are some examples for Windows ( Linux and Unix users can use chron).

Download the latest User Utility here.
In the downloaded file is a program UU.W32.exe. This program can be run from the command line to perform various commands on the power controller.
Open Notepad in your computer.
Enter the following line:
Path\UU.W32.exe xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:pp user:pass 1off

Path is the full path to UU.W32.exe. (You can copy UU.W32.exe to the Windows directory and not worry about the path.)
xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx is the IP address
pp is the port (not required if port is 80)
user normally admin
pass your password

example: UU.W32.exe 192.168.0.100:80 admin:1234 1off

With Notepad, select File/Save As...
Change Save as type to All Files (*.*)
Enter in a file name such as 1_off.bat

Make a batch file for each unique time-scheduled operation.

You can command multiple outlets by appending the commands
For example:
UU.W32.exe 192.168.0.100:80 admin:1234 1on 2on 3on 4off

More on batch files can be found here.

Now set up a Windows Schedule for each event.
